LOS ANGELES — On this Healio Video Perspective from the ASCRS assembly, Anthony Wallace, of Bausch + Lomb, gives additional particulars on the return to market of enVista IOLs.
As Healio beforehand reported, Bausch + Lomb voluntarily recalled the enVista platform attributable to experiences of poisonous anterior section syndrome in sufferers implanted with the IOLs within the U.S.
“I’m happy to report that we’ve recognized the basis trigger, we’ve made some changes to our processes and inspections, and now we have returned to full manufacturing,” Wallace stated.
